I also tried ByWord which is nice if you like MarkDown, but for plain text, this app is it.. If you're just looking to paste text, you know TextEdit has a plain text mode you can enable in the preferences.. I have both Pages, and Word running on my iMac When I use TextEdit and do a copy/paste from it into either Pages, or Word it retains the text formatting that was used in the TextEdit when you paste it into either programs document that I am working on..
